They did not change my old valve stems in all 4 rims!?! 2 days later the core stem of the valve blew out, left stranded on the side of the road. Definitely not cool to cut corners, Also watch how they charge you. The lady manger is very rude, she definitely needs a retraining/ relocated,, I see she gets a lot of bad reviews for this store.

I had an excellent experience with Firestone regarding my suspension work. Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. They took the time to explain the process and ensured that everything was done to the highest standard. The improvement in my vehicle's handling is remarkable! I highly recommend Firestone for any suspension work you may need. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction truly stood out. Thank you team Firestone lakeland.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Firestone location. I noticed my exterior bulb failure warning light came on and my left headlight was out, so I stopped in to get it addressed. When I brought it to the manager's attention and mentioned needing the LED lights checked, she was incredibly dismissive and hostile. She literally snapped at me, asking, "What do you mean LED lights?" in a highly rude tone, showing a massive lack of customer service skills and basic automotive knowledge. When I politely but firmly checked her on her attitude and told her I didn’t appreciate her tone, she immediately began gaslighting me, acting as though she had done nothing wrong and denying her poor demeanor. I asked to speak with the manager, she flashed a disgusting smirk and replied, "I am the manager." At that point, realizing who I was dealing with, I pulled out my phone to document the interaction. She immediately panicked, hid her face behind some paperwork, and threatened to call the police on a paying customer who just wanted a headlight fixed. I have the video attached to this review. A service manager should be there to help customers, not go on a power trip and act aggressiv

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. The first time I came in, I was charged for a life time alignment. Now I come here for an alignment every time one is needed, UNFORTUNATELY. The last time I came in, your technician broke a bolt on my transmission. Caused me to leave my car there over night. AND NOW, I come in for AN ALIGNMENT, and I pull away with a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, TRACTION CONTROL LIGHT & POWER STEERING LIGHT ON, and your gonna tell me it was there when I pulled in, BUT IT WASNT !!! AND NOW THERES NOTHING YOU CAN DO FOR ME ???? YALL NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I almost never leave Google reviews, but I felt compelled to speak up because people like Mahendra deserve to be recognized. For nearly a decade, he’s been the most honest and dependable mechanic my family has ever worked with. His pricing was always fair, transparent, and consistently better than other shops for the exact same repairs. On one visit, I spoke with a different manager at this Firestone and was quoted thousands for a repair that should have cost only a few hundred. I left feeling taken advantage of and went to another shop, where the same repair was completed for a fraction of the cost. That experience made it clear how much this location depends on who you work with. Mahendra is the reason I — and many friends and family I referred — chose this shop. With him leaving, I honestly can’t justify returning. Firestone didn’t just lose an employee — they lost the trust and loyalty of an entire network of customers. Leaders like Mahendra are rare, and this store will absolutely feel his absence.
